Insurance Appraisals / Quality Confirmation of a New Purchase:
If you have under Six items to be appraised, we charge per item. We have a first item
minimum charge of $75. Each additional item will cost $50 to $75
Per item - While You Watch Appraisal - In my Office (You come to me):

Per item - Off-site Appraisal (I come to you):
First item minimum charge.........................................................$95.00
Each additional item....................................................................$50.00 to $75.00

Cutting Proportion & ReCut Evaluation Reports.............................$50.00
Appraisal updates.........................................................................$45.00
Consulting...................................................................................$125.00 per hour

Expert Witness Testimony and Litigation Support Services:
Half Day $175 per hour/minimum 4 hours
Full Day $150 per hour/minimum 8 hours
A retainer is required and negotiable prior to the assignment.
We can provide an estimate of your cost at the beginning of the assignment.
