Hank Terry is an independent jewelry appraiser specializing in advanced detailed appraisals of fine jewelry, diamonds, gemstones and watches. Mr. Terry founded the Gemological Appraisers of America; Inc. in 1993. Mr. Terry received his graduate’s degree from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) in Residence 1975. After graduation, he gained his experience with a retail jeweler in California, then owned and operated a successful Gemological Lab for five years. Mr. Terry shared his knowledge through instruction of the Advanced Diamond Course at the Santa Anna College in Southern California, where he was well respected by his students and colleagues. Mr. Terry comes from three generations of gemstone knowledge and jewelry services.

Jonathan Terry is an independent jewelry appraiser specializing in advanced detailed appraisals of fine jewelry, diamonds, gemstones and vintage jewelry. Mr. Terry graduated top of his class and earned the coveted Graduate Gemologist Degree from (GIA) in Residence. Mr. Terry joined Gemological Appraisers of America, Inc. after graduation. Mr. Terry is the fourth generation of gemologists and jewelers in the Terry family.

Viviane L. DeRosa is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Gemological Appraisers of America. Ms. DeRosa brings over ten years of expert experience in Sales and Marketing to her role at GAA. Ms. DeRosa graduated the University of South Florida with a Bachelors degree in Mass Communications. She previously founded Business Pro Solutions; LLC where she provided consulting for clients to market and sell products and services mainly through building invaluable relationships which sustained the value of their business. Ms. DeRosa started consulting for marketing and sales after many years of success in wholesale, business to business lending. She believes in always using honest, straight talk to deliver objective advice. Her goals for Marketing have always been client referrals which provide the best leads. She takes pride in treating clients with respect while allowing personal chemistry to unfold.

Raquel I. Wolf is the Manager of the Office and Customer Relations for Gemological Appraisers of America. Ms. Wolf has eight years of advanced secretarial and administrative support at upper executive levels. Wolf previously assisted the Vice President of Intermedia Communications and also managed high volume accounts for a top wholesale conforming Lender. Ms.Wolf uses her ability as a skilled specialist to contribute to the development of new concepts/techniques and to complete assignments/tasks in innovative and effective ways. Ms. Wolf is bilingual (Spanish) which compliments her experience planning events and managing customer relations.
